Safety Policy

The safety of our people, the people who work on site with us and the community in which we work is our number one priority. No task is so important that risk of injury to people is justified.

Through uncompromising leadership, certified management systems, behaviour and cultural reinforcement, and a commitment to continuous improvement we will:

• Comply with the Legislative Safety Act, Regulations and Codes of Practice with the appropriate State or Territory where we work.
• Prepare and use a project Health & Safety Plan for all work we undertake.
• Always place health and safety as the primary consideration in our decision-making.
• Never put ourselves or others at risk or by inaction, leave our self or another at risk.
• Never punish anyone for bringing a risk to the attention of management or others.
• Train everyone in safety awareness.
• Investigate every incident and change our practices based on the outcomes of the investigation.
• Develop a long term improvement plan and measure our performance and progress.
• Annually review our Health & Safety Policy.
