Multiplex engaged Delta Group to undertake demolition works to support the development of Adelaide’s first all-electric carbon neutral 22 level premium office tower.

Our scope of work included:

• Demolition, civil remediation and form/reinforcement/pour.
• Demolition of existing buildings and structures, including asbestos/hazmat removal
• Core construction, detailed concrete footings, temporary retention, lower core jumps, ground level columns and ground slab construction
• Management and monitoring of noise pollution and vibration in accordance with the management plant.
• Works completed within existing basement structures and ground water wells
• Live services environment
• Management and sequencing of multiple trades – pilers, concreters and plumbers
• Close proximity to adjacent buildings
• Congested location – extensive traffic management and coordination of works
